THE HOFFMAN'S RESIDENCE

The focal point in this family residence is the large
curvy stairs and foyer which lead to the bedroom, and still leave enough
space for a reduced vestibule. Further effort was created to encourage
conversations in the terrace and in the green house by adding a seating
area in both spaces.The former dining room was turnede into an eat-in
kitchen. And the cookery area was transformed into a maid suite. Along
the stairwaye and most of the spaces in the residence a flutted crown
molding was added to frame each space like a painting. Further more, curved
niches hold art work within in conjunction with instalation of new lighting.
