Project

This Galveston beach house retreat was strategically design to maximize the coastal view of the Gulf of Mexico. Its large windows, glass doors and generous deck are open towards the Gulf to offer a stunning seascape. The house has three levels, and structurally placed on pier foundation to allow water to flow underneath the home without the risk of flooding or damage to the structure.

The Interior layout is pretty simple. On the first level, a grand staircase is opening to the living room, the kitchen and dining room. The master suite and guest room are privately secluded, and a deck and additional exterior stairs that leading to the beach. While on the upper level there is the media room three bed rooms, an office and an outdoor sleeping porch.
