Project
In this bakery project Intelligent Design implemented the idea of form follow function to create a warm and welcoming environment, where costumers can enjoy freshly out of the oven pastry, and artesian cakes and cookies. In the space planning strategy, Intelligent Design not only needed to accommodate the very efficient full service commercial kitchen, a streamlined service bar area, and seating in the main dining area. But also creating a space layout that attract people, and allow them to experience a comfortable, enjoyable and friendly atmosphere.
In order to tie together the bakery’s theme, Intelligent Design carefully integrated the material, color and lighting in the interior setting. The display counter is finished with high gloss surface in natural color to emphasize the colors of the pastry and cakes. Also array of drop pin light are placed above the service bar area to enhance its rectilinear form.
